The noise-damping silicone grease Berusil TS 1 is the successor of our well-established products Berusil FO 103 and Berusil FO 62. Berusil TS 1 has already proven its worth in service and been approved by Mahle Behr GmbH & Co. KG. It is used in the automotive industry as an assembly and sealing grease, for the lifetime lubrication of flap adjustment units in air conditioning systems, and for various kinematic components.

Berusil TS 1 can be used for elastomers and the material combinations plastic/plastic and plastic/steel. It has the following special characteristics: very good resistance to high and low temperatures, resistance to hot and cold water, stick slip prevention, good separating properties, excellent fogging behavior, operating temperature -50 °C to +180 °C, NLGI class 1–2.
