This was the theme for the 6th International BECHEM Symposium, at which new horizons for global collaboration were opened up.
Global dialogue is an everyday focus at BECHEM. But personal contact is also essential for successful collaboration. This is why the expertise of almost every BECHEM partner was consolidated in Belek, Turkey, with the aims of thinking together, continually developing and discussing, and sharing in discussion. “A complete success”, CEO Christoph Hundertmark ascertained after the event. “The symposium gave us the leeway and options for many fruitful discussions and workshops. We gained intensive insights into the specialist niche markets and many success stories of BECHEM partners across the globe. These angles give us a great opportunity to convert local strengths into global business.”

The “International BECHEM Symposium” saw BECHEM employees and partners from 45 countries meet up to share thoughts and experiences. In Belek, Turkey, an ambitious program including 30 presentations and many workshops was planned for the three official days. The personal collaboration was worth it. The global alignment of the future of BECHEM is influenced in the long term by this meeting of experts. The high concentration of expertise on a technical level ensured intensive discussion on current issues, new product developments and challenges to come.
Close networking and global transfer of expertise, and also innovative products and defined core competences, strengthen the partner network and enable BECHEM to satisfy the stricter requirements made of global customers. The symposium sparked motivation for the worldwide strengthening of the BECHEM sales network, which delivers to customers across the globe from 70 sites – from standard products for the most popular applications to exclusive products.
